Payment terms:
1. 100% postpayment on the receipt of TMC to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Price including shipping to Buyer's warehouse. (in this case specify method of delivery).
Mandatory possession of a quality passport or other document that certifies the quality of the goods upon entry to the warehouse. The goods delivered must be new, not restored. The item must be labeled. Upon shipment, Buyer's mandatory notification, providing copies: invoices, BIG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note that participating in a competition means agreeing to the buyer's form of contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When exhibiting a KP, it is necessary to specify the country of the product manufacturer, availability, production time, delivery time to supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (mass, volume, quantity of containers), point of shipment ;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) Products must be appended certificates of conformity, passport, proof document
quality;
6) Packing sheet must be filled before shipment (see example filling in the purchase
documentation), stick a packing sheet on the packaging with the item, and send copies of documents to the customer via email.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The criteria for determining Winner
1. Compliance with the proposed products to the terms of the technical task, Customer's approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadane.
3. Item ready time for shipment.
4. Participant's relation to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

and selected the winner: OOO "PRIORITET" – (Bidder 3) (Кузина Н.П.) submitting a bid dated of 02.07.2021 06:16 totalling to 39 450,00 RUB (price incl. VAT) on Item No. 23.
