Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of work performed is performed, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate works. The payment date is determined by the date of debiting the customer's current account payments for work performed shall be made by transfer of payment orders by the customer of non-cash monetary funds to the account of the contractor. Cost includes:- the value of the work performed by the Contractor; the cost of materials, as well as the cost of operation of the equipment used to perform the work;- the cost of transportation, packing, loading/unloading materials Contractor to perform the work;- the cost of delivery to the customer of the result works;- payment of customs fees, duties and other payments made by the contractor in fulfilment of obligations under the present contract.
Delivery terms:term of execution of works: within 5 (five) working days since the harmonization layouts. Term harmonization layouts: 1 (one) working day from the date of conclusion of the contract between the parties to the contract. the transfer result of works to the customer by the contractor at the address: 390013, Ryazan, UL. High-voltage, d. 6. The cost of delivery to the customer of the result of the works included in the cost of operations. Commitment Item Transfer Provider is considered to be executed since the signing of the Act by the customer acceptance of the executed works. The warranty period on the quality of manufactured products under the Treaty is 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works. The works the contractor provides the Customer a set of the following documents:- Acceptance certificate-2 copies; - invoice-1 copies
