Required permitting documents:
• Forest plot: Lease agreement, Forest Development Project, forest Declaration and related reports for the entire lease period, reclamation project.
Also in case of revealing of encumbrance the calculation of damage to the business subject (compensation of damages is paid by the customer of works).
When filing com. Bids for bidding must be applied: "Schedule of work Execution", "list of similar works with indication of customers and periods of work" and "positive feedback from customers on similar works".
Mandatory provision of a commercial offer on the letterhead with an indication of the price for 1 hectare (without VAT), the total stated cost of works (without VAT) and the percentage of VAT.
Required Documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting records for the last reporting period.
