The rental cost is paid by the customer. Scope of work: 144 ha. The term of permission for conducting low-depth sensing of the field: With 01.04.2019 G. 30.06.2019 year.
Required permitting documents:
• Forest plot: Permission to carry out works without the right you-felling of forest plantations;
• Tundra: Legal documents on the right to use the territory for geological prospecting (easement or lease agreement), agreements with the administration of the subject, reclamation project. Also, in case of encumbrance detection the contractor performs the calculation of damage to the business subject (compensation of damages is paid by the customer of works).
When filing com. Bids for bidding must be applied: "Schedule of work Execution", "list of similar works with indication of customers and periods of work" and "positive feedback from customers on similar works".
Mandatory provision of a commercial offer on the letterhead with an indication of the price for 1 hectare (without VAT), the total stated cost of works (without VAT) and the percentage of VAT, as well as the indication of the contact person.
Necessary documents for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting records for the last reporting period.
