Term of permission for carrying out SRR: from 01.11.202020year to 31.05.2021g.
The rent price is paid by the customer of the works.

Required permitting documents:
• tundra: legal documents for the right to use the territory for exploration (easement or lease agreement), agreements with the administration of the subject, reclamation project. Also in case of identification of encumbrance, the contractor performs the calculation of damage to the business entity (compensation of damage is paid by the customer of works).
When submitting a com. offer for bidding it is mandatory to attach: "Calendar plan of performance of works", "List of similar works with indication of Customers and periods of work" and"Positive feedback from Customers on similar works".
Mandatory provision of a commercial offer on letterhead indicating the price for 1 Ga (excluding VAT), total declared cost of works (excluding VAT) and indication of the percentage of VAT, as well as indicating the contact person.

Required documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting for the last reporting period.
