Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.

The CMA relating to OG, you must provide a certificate on the packaging from the FÃO «Russian Maritime Register of shipping.
1) KP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- CMA cost with VAT, subject to delivery to the warehouse of the buyer
- type of packaging (according to GOST and Gost 15846-2002 14192-96 for this type of goods);
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) to SOE shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents certifying the quality of products, dealers ' certificates;
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: acceptance of the contract our form, quality, cost, delivery time, terms of payment, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
