• Enterprise card based on the Buyer's sample;
• A copy of the Charter of the enterprise (or amendments to it) / 1 page, main provisions, the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected by, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with the registration number of the registering body);
• A copy of the Creation Decision;
• Copy of the Certificate of State Registration;
• A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authority;
• A document confirming the authority to sign the agreement / a copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then information from the Charter, which was in effect at the time of election of the executive body (composition of participants, which body the executive body and its term of office are elected); power of attorney;
• Copy of Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / EGRIP, valid no later than 1 (one) month, from the date of issue;
• A document confirming the legality of the use of the trademark on the product supplied under this agreement (certificate of registration of the trademark, license agreement registered in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, other documents);
• staffing table;
• reporting (accounting) documentation;
