calendar days after the end of the delivery date specified in the corresponding
specifications to the Contract, Supplier undertakes to pay the Buyer a penalty of 20%
of the value of the undelivered Goods by transferring the funds to the estimated
Buyer's account. Paying a fine does not relieve the Supplier of its obligations

As part of the implementation of the Single Payment Day system, we are working to automate the payment of METALLOINVEST's obligations on the nearest payment day BEFORE the expiration in a contract with a counterparty.
In order to maintain the current average deferred payment period, please agree on an additional agreement to the contract to increase the deferral of payment by 7 calendar days. The proposed change will allow payments to be made on the Single Payment Day while maintaining the average deferral period under the contract (by paying earlier than the final date of the obligations under contract).
