Comments: 1. Please, ask all questions about the procedure by using the functionality of the electronic trading (clarification requests).
2. To the proposals in electronic form to the participants of the given procedure it is necessary to attach the questionnaire of the applicant and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of the scanned copy of the envelopes till the moment of opening. Commercial offer (with indication of delivery terms) signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of the procedure (form attached). If the bidder fails or improperly performs the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides at the same time with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
