Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND SIGNING A SUPPLY AGREEMENT:
1. Availability of the status - manufacturer, or valid dealership with manufacturers. To confirm the status of the supplier, it is necessary to immediately upload the relevant documents along with the commercial proposal (offer) during the request process.
2. When delivering goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide originals of documents for the supplied products: a formalized original of the contract, invoice / invoice, consignment note (TORG-12), consignment note, quality certificates.
The agreement is concluded strictly as amended by Moskoks JSC.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
