Payment terms:
Payment of 100% upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 60 calendar days. The price includes the cost of products, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse: Moscow region, Leninsky district, Vidnoye, Belokamennoe highway, vl.13.

Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE CONCLUSION OF A SUPPLY CONTRACT:
1. When submitting an offer, upload the relevant documents together with the commercial offer with (offer).
2. Upon delivery of the goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide the originals of the documents for the supplied products: the original of the contract, invoice, bill of lading (TORG-12), bill of lading, quality certificates.
The contract is concluded strictly in the wording of JSC "Moskoks".
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
