Payment terms:Оплата осуществляется Заказчиком на основание счета, выставленного Исполнителем в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты подписания договора, путем перечисления на расчётный счёт исполнителя аванса в размере не более 50 % от цены договора. Окончательный расчёт осуществляется путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты предоставления Отчета о результатах выполнения задания, на основании счета выставленного Исполнителем.
Delivery terms:Максимальный срок оказания услуг не более 30 календарных дней с даты заключения договора. Минимальный срок оказания услуг не менее 20 календарных дней с даты заключения договора.
