In case of early termination of works the payment of a part of a monthly rate in proportion to the spent shifts in a month and hours in shift is Made.
Payment for rendered services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of rendered services and on the basis of the original invoice of the Executor.
Payment shall not be subject to expenses incurred by the executor, connected with repair, technical maintenance and maintenance of the correct condition of transport, provision of transport of fuel, insurance expenses, expenses for maintenance of employees of executor, including Travel expenses, subsistence allowance and other expenses related to the provision of transport services. The contractor Shall:
- Comply with the terms of the contract and its annexes;
- Maintain fixed tariffs for rendered services during the entire term of the contract;

- Ensure the passing of the transport audit at the request of the Customer.
