Operating mode "Monthly rate":
Payment of 1 (one) month of using the car with the crew. Payments for the services rendered are accepted acts of the work performed, confirmed by the report from BSMTS (On-board vehicle monitoring system) and the corresponding marks in the waybill of the authorized representative of the Customer.
In case of early termination of work or the provision of services, a part of the monthly rate is paid in proportion to the worked shifts per month and hours per shift.
When providing transport services to the vehicle and the crew at the Salym field Gen. Of the Customer LLC Salym Petroleum Development, accommodation, meals for the Contractor’s employees, fueling the Contractor’s vehicle at the expense of the Customer, Weatherford LLC (Clause 7, Sublot No. 1.2).
Operating mode "Visiting":
Acts of work performed are accepted for payment of the services rendered. The volume of work performed consists of the actual mileage and the actual hours of waiting for the vehicle, confirmed by the report from BSMTS (On-board Vehicle Monitoring System) and the corresponding marks in the waybill of the authorized representative of the Customer.
Payment for the Services provided is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of the rendered Services and based on the original Contractor's invoice.
The expenses incurred by the Contractor for repair, maintenance and maintenance of the transport, fuel and lubricants, insurance costs, expenses for the maintenance of the Contractor’s employees, including travel expenses, daily allowance, meals and other expenses related to the provision of transport services, are not payable. During the execution of the Task, the Customer does not provide the Contractor's staff with food, a place of rest and overnight. Creation of conditions for comfortable fulfillment of the assignment of the Contractor’s own personnel is carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor.
Travel on toll road sections (except for the expenses accrued by the Platon system), ferries and ferries, transportation of oversized cargo (clearance costs) are compensated by the Customer on the basis of the originals of supporting financial documents.
When providing transport services at remote and autonomous fields, the Customer provides for the possibility of refueling the Contractor’s TS with fuel, with subsequent re-allocation of costs. This proposal is not an obligation, and the Contractor independently decides on the method of refueling in order to ensure the operability of the vehicle without downtime and disruption of the production program.
Delivery terms:
Availability of specialized equipment at the transport company:
- car d / passenger SUV PIKAP (Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L200 or equivalent not lower than class), 5 seats, with a loading capacity up to 700 kg., with crew;
- passenger all-terrain vehicle (GAZ 32842 "Rotational", or an analog with an external hood), number of seats: not less than 10 people, with a cargo compartment: gp not less than 1 tn .;
- passenger all-terrain vehicle (GAZ 3897 "Huntsman", or an analog with an external hood), number of seats: not less than 4 people, with a cargo compartment: gp not less than 2 tons
The age limit for operating equipment is 5 years.
Vehicles (TS) must be executed in the ownership of the Contractor. It is allowed to attract third parties (subcontracting) by prior written agreement with the Customer. In view of the tightening of requirements on the part of Customers on the Transport Security policy, the involvement of Individual Entrepreneurs (IP) for the provision of services, incl. Subcontracting not recommended.
It is mandatory that there are substitute vehicles and drivers (in case of an emergency), with valid passes for travel to the facilities of the main customers. The Contractor begins to provide transport services from the moment of receipt of the application in the presence of pre-issued passes for the vehicle and a driver for the objects of the main Customer of the company Weatherford LLC.
During the execution of the contract, it is possible to increase the production program and the Contractor should be ready to provide equipment in an amount exceeding the minimum vehicle availability specified in the Terms of Reference.
Place of work:
- in the city;
- intercity: on all types of deposits and production facilities of the Customer;
- intercity: transportation on the federal highway.
The Contractor provides Services in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Performance of work on the provision of transport services and transportation of goods in the production territories of the main Customers: LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos, LLC Lukoil-ZS, LLC RN-YUNG, OJSC NAK AKI-Otyr, LLC Slavneft MNG, LLC Salym Petroleum Development, LLC Kanbaikal, JSC Rospan International "etc.
Mandatory availability of the counterparty (Contractor):
- documents and permits, according to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, labor protection and OS, road safety, Technical Standard "Transport Safety", Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- the presence of certified dispatchers or agreements with organizations for these types of services;
- honey. employees for the inspection of drivers or contracts with organizations for these types of services;
- controllers of those. condition of cars (mechanics for the release of vehicles per line) or contracts with organizations for these types of services;
- the presence of a repair base or contract for the repair and maintenance of equipment;
- availability of own gas station or contracts for fueling vehicles;
- the availability of documentation for training alarms for the actual development of actions in emergency situations;
- all responsibility for the safe conduct of work, the investigation of incidents, in the event of their occurrence, rests with the Contractor;
The Contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the Agreement and its annexes;
- maintain fixed tariffs for the services provided throughout the term of the contract. In case of changes in fuel prices more than 15% of the price at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the parties decide on the possibility of adjusting tariffs.
- provide pre-trip, post-trip medical control of personnel;
- provide technical control of those. vehicle condition;
- maintain at the same time the minimum number of operational units of equipment with valid passes, both for drivers and vehicles for substitution;
- draw up travel agreements on ferries, ferries, toll roads on their own;
- to fulfill other requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the subject of the provision of services when they arise;
- ensure the passage of transport audit at the request of the Customer.
