Payment terms:
Acts of work performed shall be accepted as payment for the services rendered, consisting of the number of hours worked by the Contractor in accordance with the Passenger Transportation Program, confirmed by a report from BSMTS (On-board Vehicle Monitoring System) and the corresponding marks of the authorized representative of the Customer in the waybill on the time of arrival and departure of the vehicle to / from the facility / a production work.
Minimum working shift - at least 4 hours a day.
If it is necessary to provide urgent or additional Services arising as a result of an emergency, accident at the Customer or due to other unforeseen circumstances, the Customer pays the actual number of hours worked, in accordance with the current tariff.
The expenses incurred by the Contractor for the repair, maintenance and maintenance of the transport, fuel and lubricants, insurance costs, expenses for the maintenance of the Contractor’s employees, including travel expenses, daily allowance, meals and other expenses related to the provision of transport services, are not payable. During the execution of the Task, the Customer does not provide the Contractor's staff with food, a place of rest and overnight. Creation of conditions for comfortable fulfillment of the assignment of the Contractor’s own personnel is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
Payment for the Services provided is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of the rendered Services and based on the original Contractor's invoice.
Delivery terms:
Availability of specialized equipment at the transport company:
- a bus, for the carriage of passengers with a capacity of at least 20-25 seats (Ford Transit or an equivalent not lower than declared), the minimum availability of vehicles, pcs. - five.
The age limit for operating equipment is less than 5 years.
General requirements for the Contractor for the provision of transport services.
Place of work:
- in the area of Nizhnevartovsk: Production Base district NV GPZ, objects within the city of Nizhnevartovsk, objects in the urban settlement Izluchinsk. Distance up to 50 km.
Work mode:
The specifics of the work of transport includes the fulfillment of tasks under the Passenger Transport Program.
In the normal mode, the Contractor provides the Services daily 7 (seven) days a week, based on the Customer’s Passenger Transportation Program.
If it is necessary to provide urgent or additional Services arising as a result of an emergency, accident at the Customer or due to other circumstances, the Customer submits to the Contractor an additional Transport application with the date and time of the Services, the number of vehicles and the operating mode.
In the event of a breakdown of equipment during the transportation of passengers, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer about this and immediately take measures to replace the emergency equipment within 1 hour.
Mandatory availability of the counterparty (Contractor):
- documents and permits, according to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, labor protection and OS, road safety, Technical Standard "Transport Safety", Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- the presence of certified dispatchers or agreements with organizations for these types of services;
- honey. employees for the inspection of drivers or contracts with organizations for these types of services;
- controllers of those. condition of cars (mechanics for the release of vehicles per line) or contracts with organizations for these types of services;
- the presence of a repair base or contract for the repair and maintenance of equipment;
- availability of own gas station or contracts for fueling vehicles;
- the availability of documentation for training alarms for the actual development of actions in emergency situations;
- all responsibility for the safe conduct of work, the investigation of incidents, in the event of their occurrence, rests with the Contractor;
The Contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the Agreement and its annexes;
- maintain fixed tariffs for the services provided throughout the term of the contract. In case of changes in fuel prices more than 15% of the price at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the parties decide on the possibility of adjusting tariffs.
- provide pre-trip, post-trip medical control of personnel;
- provide technical control of those. vehicle condition;
- maintain at a time the minimum number of operational units for substitution;
- to fulfill other requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the subject of the provision of services when they arise;
- ensure the passage of transport audit at the request of the Customer.
