Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Mandatory requirements:
1. All deliveries are made to the customer's door.
2. The height of the car body must be at least 2.2 m.
3. All forwarding costs are borne by the carrier and are included in the price for the delivery address.
4. Loading the car is the responsibility of the carrier.
5. The number of flights per month is agreed separately upon the conclusion of the contract.
6. Mandatory provision of a car according to need, with notification 12 hours before loading.

The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
