Comments:
Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
• The buses provided must have a valid license for the commercial transportation of passengers and an OSGOP policy (compulsory insurance of the carrier's civil liability);
• the technical condition of the transport must meet safety and quality standards in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and comply with the technical characteristics of buses declared by the manufacturer;
• buses must be provided filled with fuels and lubricants and other necessary fluids in volumes that ensure the implementation of the production program according to the request of the ATC dispatcher submitted the day before the upcoming work;
• buses must be provided in a clean and technically sound condition, having passed the pre-trip or pre-shift inspection of the technical condition;
• Delivery of buses with a crew to the place of commencement of transportation and return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Lessor.

The contractor must provide:
• an application for a tender (Appendix 1);
• a copy of the license for the commercial carriage of passengers;
• a copy of the OSGOP policy (compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier);
• a questionnaire (company card) of a tender participant;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of bukh. balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years;
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the attachment of the calculation, which indicates:
- the cost of one flight for each route;
- the official confirmation of the delivery of the special equipment with the crew to the place where the transportation starts and the return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Landlord.
b) the technical part.
