При подачи оферты участник закупки должен загрузить в систему следующие документы:
- документы разрешающие вид деятельности связанные с выполнением договора;
- документы подтверждающие финансовую устойчивость;
- устав организации;
-заполнить формы документов включаемых в оферту на фирменных бланках компании;
-заполнить анкету участника;
-предоставить документы подтверждающие квалификацию персонала.
Предусмотрена подача альтернативных предложений по каждой закупочной позиции (по каждому виду техники).
В течении 5-ти рабочих дней после подписания протокола, заключается договор с контрагентом победителем процедуры.

После окончания закупки, участники торгов, не позднее одного дня должны загрузить всю требуемую документацию.В случае если контрагент не загрузит требующую документацию его предложение рассматриваться не будет.
