The necessary set of documents for the conclusion of the contract:
1. The Charter of the Company with all registered amendments and additions;
2. Certificate of state registration of an organization or a list of the entry of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
3. Certificate of registration with the tax authority of a legal entity (if available);
4. The decision of the founder or the authorized body on the election of the head;
5. The order on the assumption of the position of the head and the order on the appointment of the chief accountant;
6. License to carry out activities (if the organization's activities are subject to licensing);
7. Accounting statements of the organization as of the last reporting date (with receipts for the receipt of annual reports by the tax authority);
8. Tax reporting (income tax return, VAT) for the last reporting period (with receipts for acceptance by the tax authority);
9. Certificate on the status of calculations on taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest of organizations and individual entrepreneurs (Form for CND 1160080), issued not earlier less than 30 days before the date of conclusion of the contract;
10. Notification of the possibility of using the USN (if applicable);
11. Passport of the CEO (second, third page and registration page);
12. Lease agreement for the Company's office, warehouse and production premises (if applicable). If you submit a copy of the sublease agreement, then we ask you to attach to it the lease agreement on the basis of which the submitted sublease agreement was concluded;
