Delivery terms:
1. Equipment rental with crew.
2. Job description: the provision of lifting services in cramped conditions during the dismantling and installation of metal structures.
3. The number of cranes is 3 units.
4. Crane characteristics: boom length 52 m, jib length 19 meters, maximum lifting height 62 m, maximum radius 50 m, maximum weight of the load to be lifted 14 tons, with a boom length of 33.9 m, boom reach 18 m.
5. Terms of work from 04.25.2020 8-00 to 05.30.2020 24-00.
6. A round-the-clock mode of operation is possible (work in two shifts, shift duration 11 hours).
7. Cost of work: includes all costs, incl. for the relocation, the necessary wiring, the arrangement of the site, a possible downtime of up to 2 days with changes in the period of stop repair, per diem, travel and accommodation, development of PPRk.
8. Requirements for the crane: lifting capacity - at least 100 tons, year of manufacture of the crane - not earlier than 2010
9. Requirements for personnel: availability of work permits at a hazardous chemical production facility, the presence of PPE and protective clothing.
10. No down payment.
11. Payment upon delivery of services for at least 50 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion.
Comments: 1. The proposals must indicate the cost of 1 hour of the crane and the cost of delivering the crane to and from the facility.
2. The launch of equipment and drivers at the production facility is carried out by passes.
3. The presence of a crane driver's identity document (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation) is required. Russian citizenship.
4. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of transportation and payment terms), signed by an authorized person and certified with a seal, to their proposals in electronic form Organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper performance by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
