Delivery terms:
1. Job description: Provision of lifting services in cramped conditions during the installation of metal structures.
2. Features: Main boom at least 39 meters, maximum lifting height 36 m, swing angle 360 degrees, maximum weight 25 tons.
3. Terms of work from 07.12.2020 8-00 to 25.12.2020 24-00. Possible round-the-clock work, work in two shifts (shift duration 10 hours).
4. For bidders - to calculate the cost of work, the following conditions are taken: the period for the provision of services - 36 car-shifts of 10 car-hours (360 car-hours).
5. The cost of work includes all costs, including for relocation, the required GZP, site arrangement, possible downtime up to 5 days with changes in the stopping repair period, daily allowance, travel and accommodation.
6. Crane requirements: lifting capacity - at least 50 tons.
7. Requirements for personnel: the availability of a permit to work at a hazardous production facility of chemical production, the availability of PPE and overalls.
8. No advance payment.
9. Payment upon completion of services for at least 50 calendar days, from the date of signing the certificate of completion.

5. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of transportation and payment terms) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
