Payment terms:Оплата услуг осуществляется в следующем порядке:
- ежемесячно авансовый платеж на основании выставленного счета в размере 100 % (ста процентов) от стоимости ежемесячного сопровождения (обновления) информационно-справочной системы Кодекс/Техэксперт, в течение 5 рабочих дней с момента выставленного Исполнителем счета на авансовый платеж.
Delivery terms:информационное обслуживание производится Исполнителем ежедневно посредством сети Интернет и с выездом к Заказчику технического специалиста Исполнителя один раз в месяц в период с даты заключения договора по 31.12.2016
