Payment terms:The contract price (lot price) is formed taking into account the expenses for the fulfillment of the agreement in accordance with requirements of clause 8 and clause 9 of the Technical specification, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments.
The price of the contract (lot price) according to 5.6.2.2 of the documentation on purchase is formed without VAT, as the purchased products are not subject to VAT tax in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation.
