Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The proposed calculation procedure includes three steps:
- 15% prepayment;
- 55% after the execution of point 3 of the list of services;
- 30% after the execution of item 4 of the list of services.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer
of the corresponding volume of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without bearing any liability to the Participants.
