Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The cost of services under this Agreement is no more than 10,000,000 (Ten million) Russian rubles 00 kopecks, including 20% VAT.
Payment term: no earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Services Rendered under the Order, provided that the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment and invoice to the Act.
If the Contractor refers to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then the term of payment shall be stated as follows: "no more than 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Services Rendered under the Order, provided that the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment and invoice to the Certificate."
