2.
регистрация филиала АО «НИКИМТ-Атомстрой» в соответствии с законодательством Венгрии (preparation of draft documents for submission to government and local authorities, institutions and other organizations in Hungary) (1 )
3.
подготовка проектов документов для представления их в государственных органах и органах местного самоуправления, учреждениях и иных организациях на территории Венгрии (interaction with state bodies and local governments in obtaining the necessary permits, approvals and consultations) (1 )
4.
взаимодействие с государственными органами и органами местного самоуправления в части получения необходимых разрешений, согласований и консультаций (support for obtaining permits required by the laws of Hungary, the European Union for the implementation of NIKIMT-Atomstroy JSC and the Branch of NIKIMT-Atomstroy JSC activities during the execution of contracts) (1 )

представление интересов Заказчика в судах Венгрии и ЕС различных инстанций (representation of the Customer in state and arbitration courts of Hungary and the EU at various levels) (1 )

сопровождение получения долгосрочных рабочих виз и разрешений на работу для работников филиала (support for obtaining long-term work visas and work permits for branch employees) (1 )
8.
анализ налоговых последствий, возникающих у Заказчика, в связи с осуществлением деятельности в Венгрии, а также обзор применимых к деятельности Филиала налогов, сборов и платежей (analysis of the tax consequences arising from the Customer in connection with the business activities in Hungary, as well as a review of taxes, fees and charges applicable to the activities of the branch) (1 )
9.
правовое сопровождение переговоров, в которых участвует Заказчик (legal support of negotiations in which the Customer participates) (1 )
10.
предоставление услуги по назначению Получателя почты (provision of services for the appointment of the Mail Recipient) (1 )
