Comments: The participant of this trading procedure must visit the UIMPP and the PO to get acquainted with the scope of work, it is necessary to provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
• The commercial offer must be detailed in terms of the cost of services for the external and internal territory, in accordance with paragraph 9 "Comprehensive cleaning", as well as what this amounts to:
• - consumables (price per month);
• - staff (price for 1 month);
• - special equipment (tractor, utility vehicle, lawn mower, etc.) depending on the season (the cost of 1 hour of operation of each type of equipment, broken down by season);
• - the cost of cleaning 1 square meter of household space
• - cost of cleaning 1 hectare of external territory (mechanized cleaning)
• - cost of cleaning 1 hectare of external territory (manual cleaning)
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A set of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means that the participant agrees to sign the standard form of the contract of Rusagro Group of Companies without making any changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete set of documents, your application will not be considered!
