Comments:
The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily visit the UiMPP and the memory of the participants to get acquainted with the scope of work, it is necessary to provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
• The commercial offer should be detailed according to the cost of services of the external and internal territory, in accordance with paragraph 9 "Comprehensive cleaning", as well as which of these is:
• - consumables (price per month);
• - personnel (price for 1 month);
• - special equipment (tractor, utility vehicle, lawn mowers, etc.) depending on the season (the cost of 1 hour of operation of each type of equipment, broken down by season);
• - the cost of cleaning 1 square meter of household space
• - the cost of cleaning 1 hectare of external territory (mechanized cleaning)
• - the cost of cleaning 1 hectare of external territory (manual cleaning)

important!!! It is planned to conclude a contract for 2 years with price fixing. Please take this into account when submitting a commercial offer.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
