Обоснование: РЕШИЛИ:
№1: В соответствии с п.4.8.1 и п.4.8.2 документации по открытому запросу предложений признать предложение от ООО "Мастер чистоты К" полностью соответствующим требованиям запроса предложений. Принять его к дальнейшему рассмотрению.

№2: На основании п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО «Коми энергосбытовая компания» признать запрос предложений «Оказание клининговых услуг» для нужд АО «Коми энергосбытовая компания» несостоявшимся.

№3: Управлению МТО АО «Коми энергосбытовая компания» заключить договор «Оказание клининговых услуг» для нужд АО «Коми энергосбытовая компания» с ООО "Мастер чистоты К" на основании п. 5.5.13. Приложения №2 Положения о закупках ОАО «Коми энергосбытовая компания» в срок не менее 10 календарных дней со дня размещения протокола о результатах закупки в ЕИС, и не позднее 20 рабочих дней с момента подписания протокола заседания комиссии по итогам закупочной процедуры на условиях оферты на условиях оферты №12 от 21.01.2019.
