3. На основании п. 5.5.14 приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ООО "ЕРКЦ" решили заключить договор с ИП Анкудимова М.Е. - единственным участником закупки, на условиях письма о подаче оферты № б/н от 04.12.2019г.
