Ranking of bids

Delimobil company is looking for a cleaning service provider at a service station in Moscow.

In the attachment you will find the terms of reference and the Commercial Proposal form with a complete list of works and conditions.

On the E-Marketplace, in the unit price, it is necessary to indicate the figure from the TOTAL line in the Commercial Proposal Form (for the stages separately)

The request will take place in two rounds:
round 1 - Calculation of the proposal based on the terms of reference. Providing information on the availability of experience in cleaning industrial premises.
5 suppliers with the best offers will be admitted to the 2nd round.
Round 2 - Site visit, rebidding between qualified contractors.
