Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to be convinced of the Supplier's good faith, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's self-delivery of materials, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons for delivery, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
