| Payment terms: | Terms of payment - payment is made monthly after the provision of services, within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties have signed the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, together with the List of services rendered and the Contractor has provided an invoice and invoice for payment of services.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's account. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
