The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Prices confirmed by the commercial part of the offer remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract. The price includes all expenses for consumables and related products used in the provision of services.
Payment upon delivery within 90 calendar days, but not less than 60 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
1. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement. The provider has the right to draw up a protocol of disagreement with the draft agreement submitted, but priority will be given to providers who agree with the standard Weatherford agreement form.
2. The rates presented must include all costs of the contractor related to the provision of services.
3. Tariffs remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract.
4. Terms of payment: Payment upon delivery within 90 calendar days, but not less than 60 calendar days.
5. Sublot is not divisible by position. At least one sublot must be completely filled.
Tariff setting conditions.
The cost of services includes expenses for:
- necessary tools and equipment;
- cleaning chemicals, detergents and consumables replenished on the basis of daily consumption, from
calculating the average daily stay of personnel in the number of 180 people at the BPO of the Nizhnevartovsk f-la;
- overalls and other material resources;
- Employee payroll per month;
- required insurance premiums
- costs of medical examination of employees;
- repair and maintenance of own equipment;
- procurement and storage costs;
- administrative expenses;
- transport services for the delivery of materials and employees;
- general running costs;
- equipment and vehicles necessary for the provision of services;
- other expenses related to the performance of the Contractor's obligations under the current Agreement.
General Provisions
- The provision of municipal services for the needs of LLC Weatherford Nizhnevartovsk branch, address: 628609, Nizhnevartovsk, district NV GPZ
- The work is carried out in the premises of a 3-storey administrative building and in industrial premises.
- The terms for the provision of cleaning services are established from 01.07.2020 to 06.30.2021
- Terms of payment: Payment upon delivery within 90 calendar days, but not less than 60 calendar days.
- All services are carried out in compliance with the rules of conduct and internal regulations in force on the territory of the Customer, as well as the established rules for labor protection and fire safety.
- The contract for the provision of services is concluded in the form of the Customer.
- The provision of services should be continuous throughout the duration of the contract.
- All work on the provision of cleaning services is carried out by the Contractor’s specialists using work clothing (safety shoes), using their own cleaning equipment (carts, mops, containers, rags, mops, automatic washing machines) and household equipment (gloves, buckets, brooms, antisplash coating, etc.), detergents, cleaning agents, disinfectants (having supporting documents that meet the requirements of standards permitted for use on the territory of the Russian Federation), as well as consumables (pa chum salmon chutes, toilet paper, soap, air fresheners and other means and materials), stipulated by this Terms of Reference and necessary for the quality of service without any additional costs on the part of the Customer. Such devices, equipment, tools and materials must comply with applicable fire safety standards and sanitary and hygiene requirements and be regularly updated as they are used.
- Cleaning should be done daily (5 and 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays). On weekends and holidays, cleaning is done partially, in the premises indicated by the customer.
- The presence of additional labor resources to attract in case of unforeseen situations (reserve: at least 3 people)
