In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out.
We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
