Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer subject to receipt of an invoice for payment from the Supplier in the proper manner in the name of the Buyer. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods (execution of works, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance (Services Act) or another document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).

Settlements under the contract are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged within 5 (five) days from the date of the completion of the request for proposals to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement, the conclusion of which was the request for proposals.
Delivery terms:Location of services: Tarynsky GOK JSC "TZRK", located on the field "Drazhnoe" within the Taryn ore field, 60 km to the northeast of the village Oymyakon and 74 km south of the administrative center of the district of village. Ust-Nera - the territory of the Municipality "Oymyakonsky District" of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
