Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

- официальное коммерческое предложение в формате файла Приложение №4 к Запросу - Формат предоставления итогового коммерческого предложения, с указанием сроков выполнения работ по каждому Лоту и подтверждением готовности выполнить работы в заявленные сроки.

Предложение необходимо предоставить в формате Excel
