Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
1. Offers will not be accepted without loaded documentation:
- constituent documents;
- consent to the CPA;
- TCH on letterhead.
Given the need for the repeated provision of services during each calendar year, it is advisable to present the cost in the form of:
1. "Solid part" - the rate of work of a specialist, (person / hour).
2. "Variable part" - calculation of expenses associated with:
a) the passage of the Contractor’s specialists and the delivery of the Contractor’s tools and equipment along the route: location - the city of Magadan and vice versa (economy class).
(organization of a charter flight: Magadan - GOK Kubaka - provided by the Customer).
b) accommodation of Contractor's specialists on the way to the place of service and vice versa (in standard-class hotel rooms).
c) the organization of catering and consumer services for the personnel of the Contractor at the Kubak mining and processing enterprise.
The amount of agent remuneration paid by the Contractor to the Customer for the provision of assistance under paragraphs. a), b), c) - is - 0.1% of the total cost of the Customer.
* Requirements for the content of TCH, applications and profiles of the participant:
1. cost of an hour for each type of work;
2. travel compensation conditions;
3. terms of payment;
4. turnaround time;
5. warranty period for work performed;
6. qualifications of engineers and a reference list;
7. other material conditions and characteristics.

8. Contract awarding criteria: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience.
9. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
10. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
