Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for services rendered is made with a delay of no less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) account;
b) the act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) detailed account / list items.
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment period is established in accordance with the current legislation
