Payment for the services provided under the Agreement is made within a period not exceeding 25 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act on the provision of services. Payment is made on the basis of the relevant account of the Contractor and the duly issued invoice (unless the Contractor is entitled not to issue an invoice in accordance with tax legislation).
