Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the work performed is made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificates for the work performed.
Delivery terms:1. The term for the repair is no more than 60 calendar days, the term for the work is November - December 2020.
2. Mandatory inspection of the object of work, drawing up an estimate for the production of work.
3. Mandatory submission of a commercial offer for the provision of services, indicating:
- the total cost of services (according to the applicable taxation system), taking into account all additional types of costs necessary for the implementation of the contract (transport, travel, etc.);
- terms of service provision;
- terms and conditions of payment.

Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that: 1. This request is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
2. Attachment of the Commercial offer and the estimate for each work separately is a prerequisite for participation in this request.
3. The contract for the provision of services will be concluded in the form of the Customer.
