Payment terms:
The cost of transportation should include everything - fuel and lubricants, salaries of drivers and accompanying personnel, mandatory payments, taxes, duties, permits and other expenses necessary for the transportation.
Deferred payment - at least 60 days.
Delivery terms:
1. Comprehensive service for the transportation of goods along the Sabetta - Morning Route includes, but is not limited to:
• organization of sea freight (carriage of cargo on a sea vessel (including on deck) on a part-cargo basis (partial load);
• loading and unloading operations in the indicated seaports;
• other forwarding services required for transportation along this route, including the organization of mooring, slinging, unloading of cargo on the ship, cutting and welding of fasteners on the ship, stripping of hold covers, moving twin covers, unloading cargo from ships onto a vehicle and on the contrary, when technically possible;
• coordination of loading and unloading and provision of the entire range of works in relation to the entire volume of cargo of LLC Weatherford on the ship and in ports.
2. Place of implementation, terms and scope of work:
• berths of the seaport of Sabetta and SGK Utrenniy of the Salmanovskiy oil and gas condensate field, at the address Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Tazovskiy district. In case B2 (see below), the destination is Arkhangelsk.
• term of complex service implementation with the possibility of further specification - A) November Sabetta - Salmanovskoe (Appendix No. 1, CT fleet); B1) Sabetta - Salmanovskoye December (Appendix No. 2, hydraulic fracturing fleet); B2) Sabetta - Arkhangelsk. November-December (Appendix No. 2 - hydraulic fracturing fleet) 2020.
• the types and characteristics of cargo, in respect of which the Freight Forwarder undertakes the organization and provision of a comprehensive service, are given in Appendix Nos. 1, 2 to this TK.
3. General requirements for the contractor for the provision of transport services (Forwarder).
The Freight Forwarder has the right to provide and / or organize the performance of loading and unloading and other transport and forwarding services defined by these TK, independently and / or involve third parties (subcontractors) in their performance, while the Forwarder is liable to Weatherford LLC for the actions of third parties involved ( subcontractors) as their own.
Mandatory availability of the counterparty (Forwarder):
• a complete set of technical means and equipment, slinging schemes, technical passports, instructions, etc. for the safe carrying out of loading and unloading operations in ports and on a sea vessel, in relation to the cargo specified in Appendices Nos. 1, 2 of the Terms of Reference;
• all personnel involved by the Freight Forwarder for the provision of services must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certificates and certificates;
• documents and permits in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, etc.;
• licenses (permits) for types of work, services requiring licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The cost of transportation is provided based on the volume of transportation specified in the attachment "LOT No. В-08-53-2020 (tender documentation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
