We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person and on the letterhead, quality certificate and certificate of conformity, official dealer agreement, signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of required documents is specified in Appendix No. 3).
The price offer submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Характеристика груза (партии):Гравитационно-флотационный золотосодержащий концентрат.
- 1205,104 ВМТ;
- 1305 биг-бегов;
- влажность 14,31%
- содержание золота 42’094,3 гр.
- вредных примесей, в том числе радиоактивных и взрывоопасных веществ, не содержит
- соответствует ТУ-07.29.14.122-2017
(вся партия груза находится на территории Магаданского порта)
Требования к перевозке:- Предоставление контейнеров 20'DC (загрузка 25 тн);
- затарка ГФК в контейнеры на территории порта Магадан;
- тальманское обслуживание в порту Магадан - пересчет грузовых мест и контроль грузовых работ;
- морской фрахт Магадан - Владивосток;
- внутрипортовое экспедирование во Владивостоке;
- экспортное таможенное оформление в порту Владивосток;
- морской фрахт Владивосток - Порт назначения;
- страхование груза.
Необходимо предоставить стоимость работ отдельно по каждой услуге.
Срок перевозки: июнь-август 2021 г.
