Comments:
We ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, in the case of a positive decision, provide the following information:
- An offer card filled out in the form of Appendix No. 2 in excel format (mandatory requirement);
- calculation of the cost of tariffs for the provision of services (mandatory requirement);
- Plan menu (mandatory requirement);
- The staff list of employees involved in the performance of work (mandatory requirement);
- Recommendations from customers on the services provided (if any);
- Constituent documents of the organization (according to the list);
- Reference list (mandatory requirement).
Positional participation is permitted.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Acceptance of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 12:00 Moscow time 18.03.2020
