Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance payment of 30% (Thirty percent) of the total cost of services is transferred by the Customer to the account of the Contractor no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Payment of the remaining amount of the cost of services in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the total cost of services is made by the Customer no later than 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
