| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor using the bank details specified in section 12 of this Agreement, no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date the Customer signed the acceptance certificate for the services rendered. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |
| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
