Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for services is made by the customer by wire transfer through money transfer to the account of the contractor. Date of payment recognized date of depositing funds to the account of the contractor.
Payment is made in the following order:
- 100% prepayment for each position or group of positions of measuring instruments in accordance with Schedule verification of measuring instruments (annex No. 1) in the 10-day period from the date of the invoice, by transferring money to the account of the contractor.
Delivery terms:For graphics or written request of the customer the contractor shall perform the work on checking means of measurements on the location of the customer, depending on the type of measurement tools with unit standards of conduct applicable to the Executive Director verification of measuring instruments (for example: scales, stationary universal testing machines, stationary IIP microscopes UIM-21 etc. graphs * verification of measuring instruments in the year 2018
