| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract
(subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement).
When concluding contracts with SMEs
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract ).
NOTE:
* The stages of rendering services are indicated only when concluding contracts with SMEs or if the schedule provides for several stages of rendering services with different deadlines. |
