Payment terms:	Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract ). NOTE 1: When entering into contracts: - with SMEs Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract ). NOTE 2: * The stages of rendering services are indicated only when concluding contracts with SMEs. Settlements under the agreement are carried out by transferring funds from the Customer's current account to the Contractor's current account. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. There is no advance payment.
Venue of bidding:	This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:	Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
