Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction). The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference. The commercial offer must indicate the cost per person / hour, taking into account the cost fixation for 2 years.
2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last reporting period.
3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
4. Required licenses and permits for this type of work (if necessary)
5. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. Revealing the code: 1100 and 1400

IMPORTANT! The taxpayer's consent must be displayed on the APK Charter website. There is no need to join the Charter.
6. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).

7. To conclude an agreement, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with the annex to this tender.
